“A massive 13th Century castle, so understandably bits look a bit tired, but no worse than many of the stately homes I've paid to visit. Spent hours just exploring the hotel and grounds. Very easy access to the town centre, which is currently undergoing a makeover, the new paving looks fantastic. My only criticism would be that the wifi wasn't particularly brilliant, but it didn't cause an issue. No problem for us, but stairs may cause issues for people less able...consider requesting a ground...
