“Very helpful staff”

“Didn’t like being allocated a room for the disabled with an adjoining door, on the ground floor. Not what we paid for. Were then offered an attic room with a skylight type window, you couldn’t see out and it was dark. They then managed to jiggle things around and we had a decent room, the sort we expected. Didn’t use most of the facilities as we were there for a wedding near by but we did eat in the bar area. Food menu was limited and so were the cocktail choices. Don’t know about the restaurant...

“Amazing stay Breakfast and lunch was great plenty of choice Lovely spa facilities Treatments carried out by Molly she was lovely and really knows her job a great massage. Would definitely return”
