Right next to Freidrichstrasse station but really quiet. Within a few hundred metres you have the river and many good eateries. Rooms spacious, large bathroom. Breakfast plentiful and there was plenty of space. Would stay here again for sure. Recommend.

Great location in the heart of Freidrichstrasse. Nice rooms, pool and sauna area. Piano playing in the lobby is a nice touch. Staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast at the hotel is overpriced so recommend avoiding and visit the surrounding eateries just across the road in the train station.

We arrived late and ordered room service. Pizza and salad was not edible. They did refund us. But I had to go downstairs to get anyone. Tried 5 x to call room service and front desk. No one ever answered. We had junior suite. Room was very nice - they have a jacuzzi tub but very high step to get into shower. Could be dangerous. When we talked to staff they were all very pleasant. I am not sure I would rate Eurostar a 5 star hotel. More like 4 star.

Fantastic location that made it so easy to get to anywhere in Berlin for sightseeing and shopping. Very quiet which made our room the perfect place to come back and enjoy some peace and relaxation. The staff were so professional and courteous, always welcoming and helpful. I would 100% recommend staying here and will definitely book again when we return to Berlin.
