The room was very big and comfortable. That staff was very friendly and helpful. Free laundry facilities was a big plus - including soap. The location was great. There were many bars and restaurants a few steps away including right at the hotel. They have indoor and sidewalk seating plus a garden area in the back. The location was perfect for catching a bus or taking the U or S Bahn. It was an easy walk to Alexanderplatz and to Hackescher Market. There was lots of shopping nearby, too. I would highly recommend staying at the Lux 11.

Its location is awesome: 5 minute walk to Alexanderplatz. Babylon theater is just down the street, as is much shopping and many restaurants. Their own restaurant is exellent. It was a great base of operations. The rooms are fine. The staff are most friendly and helpful. The coffee shop could use a few more pastry selections.

The hotel is in a great location for walking and seeing the sites of Berlin. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. A quiet location. Staff was great to deal with during our stay. Best cappuccino in town. Transportation by M8 tram from the station and a short walk 23 minutes in total. Area felt safe for walking. Lots of restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to my friends.

Hotel is beautiful and you cannot beat the location- so close to the Alexanderplatz stations with easy access to all of Berlin, and tons of food options around as well. The rooms are huge, beds are comfy and staff is helpful and accommodating. Cannot say enough good things- will definitely be staying again.
