Brilliant hotel for a city break with kids. Lots of choice at breakfast, all areas of hotel bright and clean. Friendly staff even when arriving at midnight. Great location for walking and next door to a station so easy to get everywhere. Cannot recommend this hotel enough

Convenient spot, steps away from U2 line. Breakfast included from 6:30-10:30 allowed for eating a hearty meal before taking on the day's activities. Power saving "feature" meant I couldn't charge my power bank during the day if I wasn't in the room.

1st time stayed in Scandic Hotel - Loved it! We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Cleaned facility, walkable distance to Malls & restaurants & U-Bahn (U2) station, surrounding felt very safe, nice & quiet in the evening, comfy bed, good hospitality, and best of all—- excellent breakfast! We traveled over 40 countries in the past 20 years and stayed in accommodations from AirBnB to 5 stars hotel, this one is worth to mention; we will stay here again next time .

The room was clean and bigger than expected for single occupancy. Short walk to Potsdamer Platz. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as it was €27 (€24 if booked in advance) which is expensive but comparable to what other hotels charge I guess. Overall a good experience

Great staff, good location. Good food and coffee outlets nearby. Nice rooms. Wonderful breakfast although coffee machine beans flavour not quite to my taste. Just a couple of niggles; arrived Saturday and left Monday but no housekeeping service? The shower handset holder was broken and head flopped down, so showering meant holding the handset constantly.

Wir waren als Familie im Hotel. Unser Zimmer war groß genug, sauber und ruhig. Besonders gut hat uns das abwechslungsreiche Frühstücksbuffet mit Bioprodukten gefallen. Das Personal war aufmerksam und sehr nett. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.
