Very terrible memory in this hotel
아침을 먹으러 나갔다 온 사이에 트렁크에 넣어둔 돈이 사라졌습니다. 오늘 쓸 경비를 제외하고 전재산을 파우치에 담아서 넣고 트렁크 잠금까지 해두었는데 부수고 가져갔어요. 호텔 직원을 불러 항의했는데 보안엔 문제 없다며 저를 이상한 사람 취급했습니다. 너가 다른데 돈 두고 없다고 하는 것 아니냐고요. 너 실수일지 모른다며 직원들은 방에 들어와 제 소지품을 뒤지기도 했습니다. 들어온 기록이 없다고 하는데 어떤 방법이 있는지 그건 제가 모르죠. 계획된 범죄 같은데 외국인이라 항의할 길이 없습니다. 도둑이 있음에도 불구하고 기만하고 시스템은 괜찮다는 말만 반복합니다. 기계란 오작동을 일으킬 수도 있는데 말이죠. 누군가 방에 들어왔다 나가도 항의할 방법이 없는 게 너무 무섭습니다. 경찰을 불러달라니 알겠다고 하고는 경찰이 통화 중이라 안된다며 시간을 지체했습니다. 제가 연락해봤는데 바로 연결 되더군요. 경찰이 왔을 때도 그들은 시종일관 낄낄 거렸습니다. 아부하는 듯이 경찰에게 입장을 말하고, 제 옷이 문에 껴서 잠기지 않았다는 말도 안되는 추측을 전했습니다. 제가 항의하자 예를 들어 그렇다는 거지 하며 또 비웃었습니다. 경찰은 방의 상태를 보더니 도둑 든 게 맞는거 같지만 cctv가 없어서 도와줄 방법이 없어 미안하다고 했습니다. 문은 닫고 난 뒤 2초면 자동으로 잠긴다고 보안은 완벽하다고 자기들이 말했음에도 불구하고요. 사과도 받지 못했습니다. 남은 숙박에 대한 환불도 해주지 않았습니다. 지금껏 여행하면서 처음 겪어보는 최악의 상황을 이곳에서 경험했습니다. While I’m having my breakfast outside of the hotel all of my money has gone. I put my moneybag inside the luggage and locked it certainly, but someone smashed my luggage and stole my money. I’ve reported this issue to hotel staff but they’ve ignored my saying and treat me as a weird person. The staffs kept giggling and while I’m complaining about this issue. The police said it seems someone surely took my money away but they can do nothing since there are no CCTV in the hotel. Even the hotel staff said that their security is perfect which every door will be locked in 2 second after close the door. I didn’t receive any apologies and any refund yet. * I attach the picture of broken my luggage.

It’s located in a nice area, but not car park friendly. The property feels more like a self catering apartment then a hotel. Understaff for the weekend I spend there, so hotel bar and kitchen was closed. Housekeeping is made just on the second day and upon request only, but there is a service room where I can get yourself clean towels. Room is very small. Think the concept of saving went to far.

Modernt bra hotell.
Modernt hotell med bra läge nära Hackescher Markt och Alexanderplatz. Trevlig enkel bar. Stora rum. Bra med enskild toalett (tyvärr inget handfat) stor dusch men ville haft en dörr till tvättstället.

The hotel is in a great location and has a metro station just around the corner. I loved my room, it was pretty spacious and bright, as well as comfortable. The only reason that I’m not giving this hotel the best rating is the check in process, where I almost got double charged for my room, but luckily noticed the mistake on time, as well as that I didn’t get any housekeeping even though I was staying for 4 nights and followed the hotel’s instructions on how to request for it. Still, I’d recommend it for its convenient location and beautiful rooms.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and in a central and trendy area of Berlin. We had the most beautiful, well thought out signature room which added the feeling of luxury and Berlin culture to our experience. If I had anything to say against the hotel was the fact that the bed was extremely hard … but for a 4 night stay …I’m nitpicking!! We would definitely recommend it to our friends and family….thank you to all the amazing staff…!!

Great location, sleek room with comfortable bedding. Minimalist in design, could use more than one trash can and one more pics of furniture to accommodate two suitcases and the contents- while maintaining the modernity of the design. We checked in on Tuesday and checked out on Saturday, our room was only cleaned once. We left a sign requesting cleaning. I’m not sure why our room was not cleaned. Regardless, the staff was very nice and the location was well worth it.

It was a strange hotel while the staff/. Reception was great. The rooms seem to be cleaned every other day. It lead the towels to get a little stinky. The hotel did come in handy in a pinch and made our visit really nice. It is in a great location to see the sites we wanted to see

Terrible beds at the suites!
We order the suite room which was more expensive, The bed mattress was terrible and tuff, me & my wife couldn't sleep the all night on that bed and both started the next day with back pains, we have contact the front desk and ask to move to another room and was told the hotel is fully booked and if we want we can check out, we did so and book another hotel and after we made the pre payment to th new hotel , the front desk person who confirm to us to check out said she is sorry but its not her call to confirm it and we cant get any refund for the remaining nights, we have asked to speak urgent with the hotel manager that was not there and for 3 days we tried to reach him with no reply, only after 4 days we manage to get an email from the hotel manager saying we will not get any refund and we should leave the hotel (he didn't care that his front desk manager confirm to us to check out), I never saw such a behaviour, they just dont care about their guest and know most of them will arrive for one time and will never get back to this hotel, what a shame!

The location of this property and the aesthetic of the lobby and reception area is the best part of this property. The issues are small and fixable if the hotel owner chooses to fix them. When we arrived at the room, we were disappointed to find that there was no interesting artwork as shown in the photos online. There was also no fold-away luggage rack in the room, but there was plenty of space to have included one. The safe was tiny and could not even fit a 13" laptop. There are black-out curtains, but not sheers so we were not able to let light in without exposing ourselves to the neighbors in the buildings next to us. The comforter barely fit the bed so if you laid at the edges of the bed, you were not covered. And on the day of our checkout, we were locked out of our room 30 minutes prior to the specified check-out time. But to end on a high note, the towels were the huge bath size, they provided nice cozy slippers for us during our stay and the air conditioner worked great!
