Nous avons eu un souci de clé à notre arrivée tardive et cela a été très vite résolu avec une autre chambre.
L’hôtel est très bien équipé, l’espace avec la piscine sur le Rooftop est super.
Très bien placé, options restaurations, visite des alentours, et même une salle de pilâtes juste à côté !
Seul bémol, de grandes espaces vitrées dans l’appartement, super agréable mais très peu insonorisé donc, surtout en week-end.
Je laisse 5 étoiles car l’hôtel le vaut bien "

"Excellent staff! At check-in, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink, which was such a nice touch. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for our stay. The service throughout was attentive and friendly, making us feel truly taken care of. The only downside was that the dining options weren’t quite to our taste, so I would recommend having more choices closer to Miami Beach. That said, it’s still a great spot for drinks and tapas. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place"

The check-in experience was fantastic and incredibly fast- they even provided me with the code several hours before my scheduled arrival, which made everything so easy. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, but honestly even better in person! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is ideal, and the staff are truly amazing - warm, super helpful, and always ready to assist. I’ve stayed at several of their other locations, and each one keeps getting better and better. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again.
