The room for our family of four was perfect with the loft. And the fact that it had a laundry machine, and other appliances made this the perfect place to stay mid-way through our trip. "What an absolute delight, start to finish! The check in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and chatty, genuinely interested in their guests. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate are offered most of the day, self service, which is great. The bar was open until midnight and the rooftop terrace offered nice views and another place to sit and relax. The room itself was wonderful! So much attention to detail from the lights around the bed, swing, bluetooth speaker, and small kitchenette. It was wonderful. Check out was easy, just a key drop, but again, very friendly staff upon exit. The location is perfect...three minutes to walk to the train into the city. Honestly, it was the best."
