"Th hotel is lovely and in a great area of town. The check in process was to put it politely "not customer friendly". We had to use an iPad to enter every bit of information, while the clerk (who had a full keyboard and could do this many times faster than 2 fingers on a small iPad) watched and did not intervene to assist unless asked. During Covid, this might have been helpful, but these days, it is simply inefficient and unnecessary. The staff were uneven - some were great (the 2nd person who was at the desk was quite pleasant) Getting a glass of wine for our room was a bit of a trial, but the person who help with a morning refreshment was wonderful. All in all, some training and systmes improvement would make this a wonderful spot."
