“Excellent. Un petit coin de paradis, des produits frais au petit déjeuner, un accueil chaleureux...des serviettes de toilette odoriférantes. Je recommande sans hésiter ”

“The owners were lovely and very welcoming with off road parking provided within the grounds. The whole building was full or character and very stylishly decorated to a high level with a selection of D-day memorabilia and information in the dining room. There was a good breakfast included of Croissant/Pain au Chocolate/Pain au Raisin and bread, preserves and cheese together with hot drinks and juice. A particularly nice touch was a selection of chocolates in the bedroom. Would certainly recommend...

“Really beautiful and quiet place. Rooms are clean and the beds ultra comfortable. There is a heated pool on site, which unfortunately I didn't get to use as it was a brief overnight stay. Damien was very welcoming and attentive. Really lovely breakfast served - including some amazing homemade jams. Will definitely return here and highly recommend to all. ”

“I would definitely stay here again, it was such a great location to catch the ferry from Cherbourg and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We checked in quite late, around 7pm, parking and taking my dog were no problem, it was all so easy and in an incredibly impressive historical building. There is a restaurant in the hotel which we didn’t try and also quite a few other places to eat within the town. It felt very safe and quiet. ”

“The ability to stay in a 13th century castle, beautifully maintained by the family that's had the property for nearly 200 years was exceptional. Breakfast was a delight, with home-made crepes, an assortment of bread and croissants, home-made jams, and plenty of coffee. The calm was serene!”
