The view of the lake and mountains at breakfast was a highlight. The room was clean and comfortable.The greatest difficulty was finding the place because of a name change. Google and Apple both messed me up.

The hotel is noisy, just in the route and windows didn’t close well. Also no air conditioning . My bed was uncomfortable too. Luckily it was a 1 night stay The only positive you can see the lake

No internet. Manager said "that's your problem, not ours" After about 30 minutes of wrangling I got him to give a refund and we found a MUCH nicer place in town for about the same price. The young lady that handled the desk and was the go-between in all this negotiation was really nice, She represents the hotel well,

La cue sur le lac est superbe. L'hôtel est mal entretenu. Nous avons dû changer de chambre quelques heures après notre arrivée à cause d'une mauvaise odeur venant de la salle de bain. Le personnel n'a pas été surpris par notre demande de changement de chambre. Nous avons dû faire des mimes afin de nous faire comprendre. On nous a proposé une autre chambre qui cette fois sentait la cigarette...

Habían estado poniendo los aires acondicionados en la habitación y habían dejado la cama, llena de restos de ladrillo, y la papelera del baño, lleno de restos de comida. Es decir, después de pasar los trabajadores no pasaron a limpiar la habitación. Preguntamos al entrar si podíamos desayunar una hora antes y nos dijeron que no había problema, al levantarnos por la mañana al día siguiente no había nadie para que pudiéramos desayunar.
