“A lovely place in Bardiya. Staff extremely helpful and Mohan was very professional in communication prior to arrival (with anirport pick up) and arranged a very good itinerary on my arrival. The team are very passionate about safari and the area and the walking safari option is not to missed. Will definitely stay again if in the area.”

“Very nice place. Great space and pool. Really enjoyed the evenings by the poolside when we got back from our day. All of the staff were great, friendly, and professional. The only set back I had is when I got stuck in the elevator for a while until they found the right key. Other than that, I would stay again. ”

Guests often need to redial or remind the staff multiple times for basic requirements. Overall, the experience wasn’t very impressive considering the cost. “The staff was great. Avoid the "American breakfast." Their garden has some pretty flowers. The eastern wall of my room was a window covered with a paper thin curtain that did nothing to prevent the extremely bright sun from coming through in the morning. Also, the hotel doesn't have a generator (or if they did, it wasn't working), so the frequent power outages killed everything in the room. Still, this is likely the best hotel in town. ”
