El sitio es maravilloso, tiene un encanto especial.
La atención deja mucho que desear. No por el trato, si no por la profesionalidad.
Nos llamaron varias veces equivocanse de habitación, después de haber pagado volvieron a llamarnos porque no les constaba. No nos tenían anotado en el desayuno.
Un poco desastre todo.
No pudimos usar ningún día el wifi y tampoco nos dieron mucha explicación

Fantastico lugar y muy acogedor
Excelente acogida en la recepción y muy buenos consejos de rutas de senderismo como de restaurantes de la zona. El lugar es precioso las habitaciones en realidad son hermosos chalets de montaña casi individuales y lo que que se disfruta mas es la tranquilidad y la vista panorámica tomado el desayuno en la terraza privada del apartamento mirando al valle, ademas los chalets son muy separados del uno al otro vamos que no son adosados! Con lo cual con muy buena privacidad. Tuvimos un apartamento 4 personas, super bien equipado, con su cocina, muy limpio todo y como nuevo como sin estrenar, muy acogedor en su interior de madera, al llegar encendimos la caldera ajustando el termostato para quitar la humedad interior pero pronto con los nórdicos de las camas tuvimos que apagar todo... Volveré sin duda igual en Primavera Verano o Otoño pero en Invierno debes ser mágico el entorno lugar ideal para despejarse la mente...

Superbe hôtel
Perdu dans les sommets de Piedrafita, à quelques kilomètres de la frontière française, cet hôtel tout neuf est vraiment recommandable.
La décoration sobre et design est très réussie. Les lits sont hyper confortables. La vue est superbe sur les montagnes aux alentours (surtout depuis la salle du petit dej ou la piscine) et il suffit d’ouvrir la fenêtre (avé ça moustiquaire) pour profiter d’un délicieux courant d’air frais même en période de canicule). Le petit dej a 10€ seulement est excellent et chaque membre du staff fait son possible pour que tout se passe bien.
Que manque t il pour que tout soit parfait ? Des mouchoirs dans la salle de bains, une route d’accès goudronnée pour ne pas recouvrir la voiture de poussiere a chaque déplacement, et une insonorisation plus soignée (il y a 2 appartements par maison et on entend distinctement TOUT ce qu’il se dit ou fait dans l’appartement du bas quand on est dans celui du haut...).
