"Hotel was very nice and affordable. We had a big groups and booked 5 rooms. Rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was nice. Something for everyone. Pool and hot tubs were well maintained and a great way to end the day."

"The room was clean, bed was good, but very dated and needs remodeled. Awkward setup in the room. Breakfast was very good and didn’t taste like cardboard. Staff was okay, not overly nice….seemed like they were just there because it was a job. Requested to be away from the elevator and in an end room because we have a young dog and she is learning to not bark at everyone or every noise. Put us in a room next to the mechanical room that controls the elevator and on the other side the housekeeping room with all the cleaning stuff. Opposite of what we wanted! Didn’t seem to care about our request! Not a lot of people staying there with a dog either. Walking distance to town. Will not stay at this hotel again."

"A great location for seeing Leavenworth! They had great breakfast and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were also great. HOWEVER, if you're not a bug person this isn't the place for you. Our room ( also rooms are TINY) was filled with what the staff called drainflies that come up from the plumbing. It didn't matter how many we killed AND covered the drains, they kept coming back. And the staff didn't seem to care that much."

"Lovely stay for two nights right downtown. The super convenient parking was excellent to have. Comfy bed, plenty of coffee to make in the room. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I’d recommend they stock liquid creamer for coffee .. major upgrade for relatively low cost, I’d think. Powder creamer just seems like a cheap motor inn, which this hotel is not. It’s a lovely, great value, PNW hotel."
