"The property could use some upgrades. There are a few things that are outdated. However the staff is helpful and kind. "

"somewhat clean room, decent view of the casino and buffalo. Hotel is connected to the casino (hilton is as well) which for me, makes it the easy choice of local hotels if you plan on gambling. The tube connecting to the casino also connects to the casino parking garage, which was nice as well. This hotels self parking is accross an (often) busy street so I would recommend using the casino parking garage if you plan to gamble. This facility also has an excellent pool which is open late, 3.5ft and full of kids, though thats to be expected given it was march break. Hotel staff were friendly, and checked us in at 1PM without charging for early check in which was appreciated."

"I booked this hotel because of its history, architecture and spa as a mom and daughter getaway. It lived up to expectations except that staff failed to mention that the Spa was under renovation, that was disappointing. The room was clean with a small refrigerator and microwave. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but ok We didn’t see much of the staff which was fine with us as we were there for the peace and quiet We would stay here again but would appreciate honesty if the selling feature such as the spa is not up and running"

"Under renovation in north tower first night we were on floor 15 not renovated yet, tv did not work in 1st bedroom neither did phone or bathroom door lock, went to front desk they were helpful and sent someone up to check tv for kids, person could not fix it first night so kids went with out. Tv got fixed next day but then with construction going it seemed like they cut the cable both tvs went out. At that point they moved us to 41st floor wish we started out in 41st floor as it was newly renovated would have given full 5 starts if we started out on this floor no issues after. "

"Good breakfast Every staff member was super nice and helpful! Especially the older gentleman at the front counter ! Rooms were very nice, beds comfy and clean Pool was ok! Liked how long it was open, little outdated but warm and seemed clean! 10/10 would stay here again"

"Hotel was ideal for our needs. location and view from our room, of Niagara Falls was unsurpassed. But $50 a day to park our car leaves a really bad taste! Apparently most of the hotels close to the Falls charge this and more."
