"Our room was fantastic. We had a great view and it was spacious. However, we asked for our room to be refreshed and were told it would be done the next day. It was not. We were able to get fresh towels, but we were there for 6 nights and our room was not refreshed even after requesting it be done. The pool was great and the swim up bar was nice. We ordered food while at the pool and it arrived quickly and was hot. Overall, it's a nice hotel with very nice rooms, a great Sports Book lounge, good restaurants and clean casino."

"Arrival after reading reviews, staff was great, no musty smell in office and the building of rooms was decent as well. Parking was great. One elevator working but was not busy at all. I wanted a room with a balcony sitting area like advertised however the room I was placed in was not that at all. Just a large window overlooking the canopy over the. AC was great! Fridge was dated and had rust. Hot water!! Beds were comfy but the pillows were lacking pillowness. Felt more like a small travel pillow. Our main door stuck so needed a hard push/pull to close. Dead bird outside the main entrance for 3 days ( maybe longer but 3 of our 4 days ) Reviewsc said getting in and out the lot was hard but we never had a problem. Waffle House, gas station and fat Tuesdays right there in front was nice. Quiet location except the trains. Breakfast was scrambled eggs with alternating days of bacon and sausage. Biscuit and gravy. Make your own waffle. Cereal, fruit etc. we would stay again if needed."

"The room was nice and clean, and the property was just as nice. Staff was overall verry nice. I had an issue with the cleaning lady. She very rudely informed me that I was to get my towels from housekeeping. She did breakdown and give me a couple, so why be rude if your going to give them anyway. Casino was exciting."

"Room was clean and free from odor (not perfumery or bad). Hot water was almost instant. Appeared to be recently refurbished, nice comfortable bed medium/firm mattress and lots of pillows. A/C worked great!!! The TV did not work and displayed a need for access card. Told the front desk about it twice to no avail. The wi-fi was no problem and I just used my Chromebook! Stayed there a week for a huge car event and the room was never cleaned, even after asking on Wednesday morning to have the room serviced. What surprised me the most was there was no clothes hanger rack!!! Overall I will be booking this hotel for next year's Cruisin the Coast car event."
