"The property looks old and decrepit. The spa was not functional. It did not have a resort feeling to it. It was modest. The rooms were clean but the beds and towels were old. The tub did not drain well. It was very basic. They have much upgrading to do. "

"Our family of four, with two boys ages 13 and 11, stayed for three nights at Surpura Bagh. We absolutely loved it! The staff were wonderful and our room/villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially loved eating at the resort’s two restaurants and using the swimming pools - both the larger one by the restaurants and the smaller private one at our villa. We have no real complaints . The resort is about 11 km away from the city and main attractions, so be prepared to make arrangements...

"This was a great place -- we stayed in yurt like cabins, ate communallyin an open pair pavilion. We had a great keep safari through the coeuntrysie, saw great animals and really interesting Bishnoi villages. Traveling with my young grandchildren, this was a hit for all generations!"

"This property is very reasonably priced in comparison to what you get. The bed was very comfy and the air conditioning was fab. I had the paneer makhani and jeera rice for dinner and it was sooo good. There is a pharmacy a few doors down which was very useful for me. I did a tuk tuk tour around Jodhpur and there were no issues with picking me up and dropping me back to this hotel. This is a very good 3* hotel and they even went out of their way to pack me a breakfast when I was leaving early. I was here for two nights and it was perfect for what I needed. Very reasonably priced and fantastic that they do halfboard. "

And they succeed—beautifully, effortlessly, wholeheartedly. They are the soul of the palace, the reason guests return time and again. They are the ones who breathe life into the kingdom. Here are just a few names I remember—though I wish I could recall them all. Rajnandani and Ishpreet both are guest relations (amazing) the front face of this amazing palace. "Amazing hotel! The Experience I have was incredible. The chef every morning was attentive, friendly and shared with my different food options to try, this was more than just a buffet. The most special moment was when I was sitting in the car and Bharat Singh came to me with a special souvenirs. What a moment! I will definitely come back with my tour with family and friends. "

"Excellent service, awesome decor and fantastic food. Our in hotel experience was really, really good. The car service arranged by the travel desk was also excellent. We however did not have a good experience with the guide arranged by the travel desk. We were more interested in sightseeing but the guide was more interested in taking us shopping. Very pushy and very, very exhausting. We would recommend that you use the car service and recommendations for places to visit from the travel desk but not the full day guide. "
