The staff at reception were absolutely amazing in making us feel welcome and assisting us with everything

Room was very clean but quite small, well situated for the old quarter. It was a bit noisy at night time.

The staff is outstanding. The location is great. The host has all the amenities I need. I felt very welcomed

I’d give more than 5 if I could! The staff went above and beyond - I left my jacket at a hair salon and the hotel staff called the salon and arranged it to be brought back to the hotel before our flight (all within 15 minutes). Aside from the amazing staff, the family rooms were a perfect blend of privacy and closeness. The rooms were well cleaned and maintained. Will definitely book again when we revisit Hanoi

Rooms are compact and Bijou but exceptionally clean and the most comfortable night sleep wonderful staff would definitely go back thank you
