"Awful. Hotel sent me an email saying I could check in as late as 22:00 and that someone would be there to greet me. I arrived at 21:00 and was not able to check in due to no one being there. If I never received that email, I would have been on time. They charged me for both nights I was staying and didn’t refund me for THEIR mistake. If you want to have no place to stay your first night in Europe and be out money to begin your trip, this is your place."
