"This is one of the nicest resorts I have ever stayed at - everything was perfect. The room was amazing, breakfast was amazing, staff was amazing. Exceptional from start to finish!"

"The resort is very nice and on the ocean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had a villa with its own plunge pool but it was a very steep set of stairs to go down and up. Tough on anyone with mobility issues. Food was good. Some general notes: the place is very remote so other than resort arranged tours, you won’t be getting out. That means all meals on premises. The various structures are far enough that the resort offers buggy (golf cart) rides. Walking is fine unless it’s raining, then the paths flood and become very slippery. At the time of our stay, there was construction which went on during the day and you can hear a piercing drilling sound. Since we were out more than in, we didn’t say anything. It’s probably one of the nicest resorts on the island and there’s plans to build on another nearby island. If you go to Bintan and just want to relax at a resort, this is a good choice."

"The ship was beautiful and well apppointed. We loved the tour that was given and loved learning about the history of how it became a hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a lovely getaway trip from the hustle and bustle of city life. 5 stars"

"Really nice tents and great service. The area is very quiet and there aren’t any other dining options other than the hotel, but they will take you to the nearest beach in a free shuttle and there are some options there."

"Everything is so good, from smiley staff to comfortable and clean room, not to mention the good food at Rampah cafe. We were greeted by friendly n helpful staff from the moment we arrived. Service staff at front counter and Rampah cafe were very helpful. The room is nice n clean and with spectacular sea view and pool view. Lagoi bay is beautiful. And when the shuttle bus came late for our pick up to the ferry terminal, their staff took the initiative to send us is hotel’s private vehicle! So impressive. I am already planning my next weekend getaway at Four Points Sheraton ! Room 3031 Guest"
