Staff were polite and attentive. Rooms and facilities were clean . Beautiful scenery . Only food choices were limited ; will be better with more international choices ( Singaporean & Malaysian food).

Banyan Tree Bintan
The hot water in the room is not reliable but apart from this, great villa and great stay. Food at Saffron very good.
