"An sich eine wunderbare Location! Toll gelegen und ein ganz besonderer Charme. Die Küche ist herausragend! Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit einigen Dingen: Unser Zimmer war extrem hellhörig. "The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Kristiansand. The staff were professional and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless & comfortable. I loved the decor and the hotel had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet, whilst being a little chaotic, was delicious. It was lovely being able to sit outside and enjoy the views across the square. The Sushi restaurant, attached to the restaurant was delicious. Would definitely stay again."

"Our curtains are falling off. Marks in the walls. Food order incorrect so as to be inedible. But no charge. But hungry. Large stretchers carrying linens in my hallway. Unsightly. Good tv. Better than we’ve had so far in Norway. Staff on the whole are quite good and versed well in English. Not a good value for the money "
