Great for 10 blokes on a stag do who want easy access to Birmingham via the nearby train station. For a small family in winter though...living room is a cold conservatory - all other rooms converted to more bedrooms. Property is not in a great state of maintenance and, whilst passably clean, I don't think we'll stay there again, even though it is perfectly located for our needs. Overall, disappointed.
