โI really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was clean, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent close to everything I needed, with great restaurants and transit nearby. The only thing to note is that the apartment doesnโt have air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm, especially during hotter days. However, fans were provided, and with the windows open, it was still manageable.โ
โHotel was very clean and welcoming. Facilities were excellent and room was spacious.
On arrival staff explained procedures clearly and helped us locate the nearby shop!
Location was excellent - just a few minutes walk from the Bull Ring.โ
โWhat a lovely customer service, the room was big enough for my kids to play around. The staff are lovely people i will love to be there anytime i visit Birmingham โ
โ2nd visit to hotel, the first was not great but this one was outstanding, the service was fantastic, the room is beautiful (some tired areas but kind of adds to the character). I had a suite and i am so glad I did, the rooms were large and had everything you need. However it was the check in experience that stands out, the 2 ladys on check in could not do enough for people. Thank you ladys. โ
โGreat location; hotel was excellent : thought it was brand new. Rooms are spacious and extremely clean with an excellent range of soaps and lotions..Breakfast buffet really good- too good.

โHad a wonderful stay here. The four person family room was perfect, loved the character and all the old features. Staff were all fab. The location is ideal for walking into town. Would 100% stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful weekend :)โ
