"Beautiful beachfront property. We sadly came during typhoon season, so the beach access was closed for our entire trip. This was the main reason we booked the hotel, so we were a little bummed! Not their fault though! Amenities like the onsen, craft area and sunday yoga class are not free, which made it not feel very 5 star. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very family friendly hotel."

"I understand that being surrounded by nature means that some insects may come inside occasionally, but I panicked when I found a cockroach even though the windows had not been opened. Overall, the room was generally clean and well maintained, but there was still some dirt left in the bathroom. I was also disappointed that the bidet functions in both the first-floor and second-floor toilets were broken."

"レンタカーなしでの滞在でしたがバス停からも近く、海やフクギ並木がすぐそばで良い立地でした。お部屋も清潔で気持ちよく滞在させていただきました。エアコンがベッドに直接風の当たる位置で、もう1台のリビングのエアコンは故障中で使えないので、就寝中は付けたり消したりしないといけなかったのだけが残念ですが、それを差し引いても快適に過ごすことができました。 スタッフの方がとても親切で感じよく、教えていただいたおすすめのスポットで最高の風景に出会うことができました。"

"The resort is a little secluded than what we expected, luckily we have car to access in. But the host is very nice! It's my fault that I didn't inform the host in time about our late check in, in addition my phone can't make through any local calls, hence we can only contact using the chat function in Hotels.com. "Quiet area not too far from the beach, tidy house with kitchen where you can cook simple meals, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom separated from the toilet, has a nice patio and with washer & dryer, too. The host is easy to communicate with. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. "

"The place was locked when I arrived so I went to the address on the instructions nearby after half an hour they came by and told me sorry our mistake go back to the other place. Hot water didn’t work when I got there, easy fix but would have been nice to have some instructions to know I had to turn on the heater. Woke up to a compactor running in the front yard sounded like a helicopter hovering over me shaking the entire building, eventually the guys pall starts up a brushcutter and begins...

"The hotel could be a great stay for peace and relaxation if it was remodeled as the location is private and on a nice beach. However, the second floor ceiling was falling down from water damage and water was leaking not only from the ceiling but the light fixtures too and it smelled like mold."
