"Nothings outstanding. Just same experience as you would expect from such chain of standard hotels. Quiet and clean. Reception area is quite ordinary unlike similar good hotels. Bathroom was missing extra towels, tissue paper etc. But was quickly addressed. Standard room is not very big but only good enough for a couple. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of choices. Bathroom have only half door enclosure while the main half where shower water drops is open making all the water seep out on floor like a 1 star hotel. When brought to their attention, was told all rooms have same style and is by design. Wierd enough."

"The property was fantastic, but the best part was the exceptional hospitality. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. They upgraded our room to a pool view and even gave us a 10% discount on food and beverages. The manager personally showed us our room and even offered complimentary coffee. This level of hospitality is truly unmatched in any other hotel I’ve stayed in. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a kettle, bottled water, hair dryer, and bath essentials. The gym and pool were also great. The view from our room was stunning, and the property was conveniently walkable. The restaurant was also excellent, with delicious and reasonably priced food. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with the best hospitality in Gurgaon."

"I recently made a reservation at this hotel for two nights for my family. However, I immediately learned that my family had already booked accommodations elsewhere. Within few minutes of making the reservation, I contacted the hotel to cancel and refund. Unfortunately, no one responded. Even Expedia attempted to call and message the property multiple times, yet the hotel still did not reply. Despite the immediate cancellation request, the hotel refused to offer any courtesy consideration. They did not waive the charges, nor did they provide even a partial refund. They didn’t even responded to messages or calls from Expedia and me. According to their own cancellation policy, they could have charged for just one night, but instead I was charged the full $257 for two nights, even though I never stayed at the property. I’ve experienced a similar situation in Delhi in the past where a hotel turned out to be a scam, and a taxi driver had to help me find a safe place to stay. This situation felt very similar. If this is a legitimate hotel, it is concerning that they do not answer calls or messages from guests or from Expedia. I’m sharing my experience so others can be cautious and protect their safety and money. Please be careful when booking with this property or any other property in Delhi. Full of Scammers."
