“Set in quiet countryside but close to le Bugue and Limeuil. Nicholas and Michel are great hosts and will be a loss to the area when they move to Bordeaux next year. “The Maison de Tari is a perfect place to stay for families looking to explore the area around Sarlat. We stayed in a family room with three small children and it suited us perfectly. All rooms had a separate outside sitting area with a large table. It had a good sized pool, a separate communal cooking and dining area, including a gas BBQ and a fridge. A great continental breakfast was provided that included fresh pastries from the local bakery, and a selection of local jams, cheeses and meats....

“Nous avons tres bien été accueilli par Aurélie et son mari. Pour nous cela était notre première nuit à l'extérieur avec notre bébé de 5 mois. Nous avons profitez de toutes les attention d'Aurélie. Lit bébé installé ;). La literie est confortable. La chambre et salle de bain sont spacieuses. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine cependant le cadre et sympathique. Le ptit déjeuner au top. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir au pays de Jacquou. ”

“These are lovely people and it’s a beautiful located property. If you are from the UK or US the owners both speak amazing English and will make you most welcome. Two nights wasn’t enough, but we were unable to extend our stay as it was fully booked. Would love to come back one day. ”

“This is a good property in the heart of the historic district of Sarlat. We had great support from Valentin and Clois when we were there. The room was in the attic with a small kitchenette, which we used for breakfast 2 of the days that we were there. We needed a property with a garage and booked one with them. What we did not realize that this was a several minute walk from the property itself. There also was no convenient place to bring up the car to unload luggage since there was a fair going...
