"Overall it's a 2.5 or 3 star hotel average hotel. Staff and service are average. I had the executive room, top floor, and the room was super big and comfortable. Rooms and hotel are dated. The hotel definitely needs a good renovation. Staff, service and breakfast definitely need a good improvement. I wouldn't pay to have breakfast there. "This is a nice hotel to stay in Batumi, basic, simple, huge building, prime location excellent view, good a/c, we were impressed with the room we got, staff speaks fluent English, front desk staff very helpful and friendly, miss Keti in guest relations was always following up our stay and looking after us, very friendly she was essential part of the grading. 2 elevators were not working and the line to get to the 40 floor was long, the elevator floor number doesn't match with your room floor...
