“Another restful stay at this lovely hotel. It’s always spotlessly clean and well maintained. The rooms are modern and well appointed. The bar /restaurant is excellent. We normally stay weekdays and it’s pretty quiet but it’s a near perfect wedding/party venue so I would imagine it’s pretty busy and maybe not so restful at the weekends. It’s situated near but not in the Peak District in lovely surroundings. Hopefully we’ll be back again sometime.”

“The room was beautiful. We had been to a wedding so they allowed late arrival back. The only feedback is they the room was stifling hot to enter. There wasn’t air conditioning but there was a fan they I was happy with. The pillows were so comfy and it was a luxurious stay. Would return. Breakfast was also delicious. ”

“Lovely helpful staff, we stayed when it was 30 degrees and they went out of their way to find us a fan for the room. Basic rooms but spacious and clean which is all we needed. “Dipped in to Derby to visit relatives on the way back from holiday and stayed Fri to Mon at Eastwood Hall. Beautiful location, lovely grounds, clean and spacious room (one of the bath robes was grubby but nit picking). Lots of secure parking, very friendly front of house staff and housekeeping were really on the ball. We will definitely stay again when next down that way.”
