“Check in time is not guaranteed. They didn’t have the room ready”

“Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!! A couple of minor things which I mentioned directly to the Mode people - but not a deal-breaker!”

“There weren't shops or much nearby. But i think the purpose of this lodge is that you get to see the countryside and visit the 3 peaks Yorkshire as it's the closet by 27 mins drive. Plus it got a bath tub which is needed after a long hike.”

“I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was very dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. There were noticeable yellow stains on the wall next to the toilet in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the bedding was unhygienic and didn't feel clean at all. I definitely would not recommend staying here.”

“Charming rooms, delicious breakfast, and a2 minute walk across a parking lot to the BPM. They even arranged off street parking for our car. I'll stay there the next time I go back.”

“Quite good Experience ”

“The room was nice and very affordable, nice quiet area and good security with the cameras and door codes. Very easy to book and travel to with bus stop down the street. The main issue was the other people staying there lacking hygiene and respect as whenever I used the toilet there was wee all over the seat. This is not the owners fault, but the other guests. Other than that it was very nice :)”
