Maldron Hotel Dublin Airport

"The shuttle service was easy to find at the airport on our late arrival (after 10 p.m.) from Scotland. Reception at the Maldron Airport Hotel provided keys to our room quickly and we were able to get settled into our room. We appreciated having tea in the room. We left early the next day (7:20 a.m.) and, as a result, did not have a chance to take advantage of many of the amenities. But we did sleep well and the shower was great. Also knowing that there was a shuttle to the airport every 20 minutes, relieved any anxiety we would have had getting to our next flight. In addition, I was able to easily reach the Maldron Hotel before our arrival with some questions that I had. I received a quick response which left me with a good impression of their customer service."

"We stayed here for two nights during our first trip to Dublin and enjoyed how close to the city centre the hotel was. It was an easy walk to the national gallery, trinity college, temple bar and many restaurants, shops and pubs. The hotel room was basic, but very clean. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a good size with a great shower. We enjoyed a few drinks at the hotel bar. Nearby restaurants we enjoyed were Kehoes for breakfast, Bunsen for a burger, Leo Burdock’s for fish & chips, and Bambino for a slice of pizza."

"Great stay and perfect location close to the arena. Very close to a Dublin Express bus stop if you are coming from the airport. Small things would have made it even better for example room had no tissues - minor point but would have expected some in a hotel of this type. Breakfast was nice but food was not very hot which I know is really difficult when you are catering for so many people. These really are minor points and I would definitely stay at The Samuel again."
