"It was a nice enough stay. After being there a few nights I found the bed and pillows to be not the most comfortable and struggled to sleep well, but that could just be me. The phone in the room didn’t work and the tv would lose connection intermittently. It meant ordering room service, etc had to be done by calling the hotel on your mobile and asking to be put through to the restaurant. The staff were always friendly and helpful and apologised for the inconvenience but nothing was able to get fixed during my 4 days there. Apart from that, the hotel is clean, conveniently located and has free parking. Them room service was good too."

My wife lost a bracelet we asked at reception in the morning and the lovely lady on reception said she would look inn the safe... unfortunately nothing. We went to look in the room where the party was held but it had already been cleaned. A lovely young lady named Erin asked could she help, we explained what had happened and she said that a bracelet had been found and had been put into one of the bottle bags that Alan had received for his birthday. We told the lady on reception this, she then phoned Alan for us and he said he was aware of the bracelet and would return it next time we meet. Absolutely brilliant place."
