"My stay was very good and the hostesses Steph and Erin were super friendly and helpful. From help with pre-ordering breakfast the day before to getting our room instructions. The place was gorgeous and very clean. A very easy place to chill down and rewind. The only thing I would advise for improvement is to remove that staircase window in the twin bedroom as it lets light come in to the room at night even with the curtain closed. Also maybe tint it with privacy film."

The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. It is located in a peaceful location a short walk away from Betws-y-coed centre. "Can see why it's been so warmly reviewed in the past! A very comfortable stay and we were well looked after. The review format asked for echo-friendliness so had to mark down a little for the use of small plastic bottles in the bathroom and the individual packaged portions of butter, jam, sugar and salt at breakfast. It's a difficult balance between freshness and disposable containers. "

"Can’t fault this B&B. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with smiles and support. We had just arrived after a very long flight so needed a little TLC! The little cottage at the back was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable beds, lovely space for sitting outside to have coffee and bathroom a good size.
