10/10 Excellent
"We stayed on a Tuesday night for just one night. I did not have any previous experience with this hotel chain. The short summary is that I can’t see how they could have improved. The room was clean and very comfortable. Good bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Everything was spotless. The real standout was the service. They had a happy hour that included a complimentary adult beverage. They also had chicken noodle soup available that was tasty. They offer a modest dinner menu that was very convenient after a day of travel. We ordered burgers that included a nice dinner salad. They weren’t very busy so we received attentive service. Breakfast the next morning was an excellent full breakfast buffet. Again, the friendly and attentive service was much appreciated. This hotel will definitely be on our list for the next trip through Bellingham, and we will check out their other locations given the chance. They really gave a master class on how to manage a hotel."
