"Clean room with a club house and available grills. Only thing that was frustrating was that the receptionist was a bit rude, and when I asked about availability for late checkout, she responded as if I asked for the key to her personal home. She wasn't the most inviting or warm, but the property itself was great. Right near the beach and shores restaurant, a great stay in Birch Bay."

"It needs to be updated. The outlets are so old that my charger was falling out of the wall, the bathroom walls appeared to be vinyl flooring nailed to the bathroom walls. The only way to watch TV was to sit sideways on the bed since it was 90 degrees to the bed. Also it would be nice to have some kind of shower caddy in the shower to hold the shampoo and soap. Bed squeaked every time I moved. Also was very poorly lit. I was expecting Anthony Perkins to jump out and stab me at any moment. Won't...

"Great location. We were pleasantly surprised. Upon entry the room, we were happy to have the ac already turned on, to have us walk into a cool room. The room we had came with a jacuzzi tub. We were hoping to enjoy the tub and filled it with hot water. As the tub filled up, I went to add some cold water and discovered that the faucet did not turn. I attempted several times and was unable to turn the knob. We were unable to cool the tub down and knew that in the morning we couldn't have had even a...

"Great steakhouse open for lunch and dinner. Closest breakfast site about quarter mile away. Pool is off property aways and towels have to be checked out at desk. $25 fee if not turned in upon checking out but front desk not open when we checked out so don't know if our return was credited back to credit card $250 deposit."
