“Excellent location. Lovely entryway and stairway to upper floors (natural light, wide). Elevator was very small and slow. Excellent design choices in the room. The shower in our room leaked water all through the bathroom despite attempts to direct water away from (uncloseable) opening. Toilet cover and one handtowel were stained (dirty). Andy communicated promptly and gave clear instructions on where to locate our key and room. Quiet location just a few minutes’ drive from the quay in Portmagee.
