Walk to a Blazer/Fire game or hop the bridge into DT Portland. Or stay in, and take water breaks for nourishment at the rooftop bar. Either way the Eastlund is your home base for your city adventures."

"Room was clean. Location is perfect. Parking was tight but I was able to secure a spot while waiting to check in."

"Con: Room was so tight on space, said it was remodeled but rusty electrical plug boxes, cracked sink, etc No ice machine - have to request ice from the desk and they give it out sparingly in a pre- made bag. The office closes at 10 pm and after that you can't get anything. There was jumping/thumping in room above which I mentioned to the office. It continued. Tv was hard to work as it kept going to wrong input. Requires a $50 deposit even though I had already pre-paid for the room through Expedia. Pet area had old nasty pet waste dried on it (artificial turf). We took the dogs elsewhere. Pro: no charge for the first two dogs"

"All the staff I encountered were really great--super cool and conversational, but the room was a real disappointment. I walked through the door and walked into a wall of stench. It smelled like wet dogs had vacationed in the room. I usually sleep like a rock, but the stink kept me awake for a while. The shower was also not clean. "
