My wife and I spent four nights at the Hyatt House-Downtown and had a wonderful time. Above all, the staff of the Hyatt were extremely friendly and helpful. Our next trip to Portland will bring us back to this Hyatt property.

The customer service was amazing from day 1, they always gave good service with a smile. Breakfast was good, room was nice. Shower water pressure was amazing! The area is safe to walk and close to the waterfront. Public transportation stops just in front of the hotel. Great location.

We had such a lovely stay there. Such great service and kindness abound. Great breakfast and very comfortable. The rooms were ready early and the grand kids were so happy with the pool. I loved being in such a pretty neighbor all of the river walk.
