“Just returned home after a lovely week’s break at this property. Great location just off the beach at Porth. On arrival, we followed instructions to access building using key codes. No problems getting in. We had been allocated a dog friendly apartment at the back of building on ground floor. Sadly, no view of the beach but we did find it quiet and well suited to our needs. “Our initial impressions were "wow' on walking into a lovely, well maintained, clean and tidy property and it quickly became a 'home from home' A minor problem with the wi-fi was quickly rectified. Wendy & Dave (our hosts) were friendly and helpful. It was only a 10 min walk into town for restaurants etc and there was ample parking on site. We would not hesitate to book again.”

Parking space is a huge bonus too as we could walk up and down to the beach from our van, leaving body and surf boards then pop back down to the beach again. I would say the only drawback was having no privacy atall on the decked area at the back. There is a very low wall dividing each apartment so didn't feel we could sit out there really.
