“I stayed on the way from Chicago to New York.
I made a reservation because I liked the review and it was a very small hotel, but it was much cleaner and better than I expected because it was upgraded. I'd like to visit again if I have a chance.
Except for the dark lights in the room.^^

“The floor in the room was filthy, ESPECIALLY in the bathroom. It looked loke urine all over the bathroom floor. Walls were also dirty. You need to paint every couple years.
Beds were good and check-in was quick.
I didn't expect a 5-star hotel, but I do expect it to be clean and sanitary.”
“Fellow at the desk was awesome. I needed extra pillows (very important to me) and he accommodated. Room was simple but well kept and clean, mostly. As clean as my own home. TV (smallish) and fridge worked. I didnt try the microwave. Shower was a little smaller than I prefer (think phone booth) and the shower head was at my throat level (I am tall) but workable. Toilet is the round type, not elongated as I prefer (too personal to explain why) but workable.

“I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! They were incredibly accommodating and helpful when I ran into an issue with another hotel. The place is clean, and the service is exceptionally friendly. I'd absolutely stay here again. Definitely a 5-star experience!”
