The staff deserves five gold stars. Everyone was friendly and very helpful - when our fridge wasn’t working, maintenance had it swapped out within 15 minutes. The breakfast buffet was delicious - kudos to Sara! Thank you to all for making our stay so pleasant.

Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Room cleanliness was just OK but comfortable with good temperature control. Fairly quiet during the night except for the occasional semi engine-braking on the nearby interstate. Wife enjoyed the breakfast and said it was very good. Was told that the hotel is scheduled for a major renovation soon.

We stayed for 4 nights and had to ask for fresh towels and washcloths everyday because they didnt clean our room. We were traveling with a baby which causes a lot of trash and had to take that out ourselves as well. The guy working the nightshift at the front desk was too busy betting on games with another guest to get the fresh towels we requested. Wallpaper and lamp shades had rips in them, the bed was not comfortable. The room was clean when we got it though. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and were very disappointed in our stay.

The staff are all amazing!! They are very helpful and courteous! The walking trail is beautiful and perfect for kids and pets. The rooms are clean and very nice. The pool is nice and it's rarely busy. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff is very friendly and the inside of the hotel is nice. The outside and surrounding area driving up to the hotel is not but the inside the hotel is very nice. They have cookies waiting for you and on some nights, a very nice happy hour!!

This is a dog hotel. (pets friendly even in dining room, etc) GROSS BED in 312 I think may be broken. HVAC heat erratic Chairs in rooms need replaced

Can’t wait to stay here again

Great place to stay, comfortable bed, clean and makes you feel at home. Wish I could have enjoyed it longer. Great breakfast and when I arrived, I was greeted by a wonderful young man. There was also evening drinks and snacks.

Good place to stay

We would definitely stay at this location again during our journey. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and quiet. They offered cocktails in the evening and great breakfast to start our day. Got a good nights rest with a beautiful sunset from our room. Thank you!

It was a good stay, no complaints!

Was a clean room, comfortable. There was some noticeable wear and tear on some of the furniture, but nothing crazy. The front desk staff were very friendly. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. No complaints here!

The employees were very nice. The room was clean but the bed was like on an aluminum type box and mattress dipping in the center. The bed was very uncomfortable. The leather on the couch and the desk chair was worn down badly.
