We called back later that evening and the owner/manager apologized and refunded our room charges.”

“The room was very good. I booked at inclouding taxes and sevice fees total $80.65, but I paid $84.65. Why?”

“The location is convenient, the hotel clean and quiet. No grab bars in the bathroom. When we checked in we were told that we could get dinner at the hotel cafe and were shown a menu but when we showed up only the bar was available.”
