“The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice hot breakfast with a variety of food options. Coffees in the lobby at all times with teaand cocoa options which was lovely because it had just snowed. Also the fire was nice each afternoon for conversation. ”

“I stayed two nights. I asked the front desk to clean the room, but the room was not cleaned. And the hotel did not do anything to me that amounted to that responsibility.”
