"Was a gorgeous view over the beach if you sat in the right spot to view through the shrubbery. Only complaint really was the lack of maintenance in furniture in the room where I sliced my hand on the splintering longe chair. "

"This should be called a family hostel. Sharing a bathroom is a full bathroom for every 2 rooms, not for 22 rooms. Shower at 10pm was totally cold water."

"Lovely cabin away from it all with with a winery/brewery/distillery in the backyard. A perfect place to wind down and relax. Having windows from floor to ceiling let nature close while enjoying air conditioned environment. Never met the hosts but email communication with them was quick and responsive."

"Staff are very nice and the room is clean, very good location with an ocean view option, will definitely book the same motel in my next visit to Lorne"
