"The heater in the room was broken and was giving off 80° heat on an 86° night. We had the air conditioner on but could not cool the room. The one bed was soaked through on the left end. The other bed had mud all over the sheets. It refused to take a,shower as there was a black ring around the tub."

Finally, at 5:02pm we were given our room key. Thr room was cool and clean. The staff did the best they could with so many upset guests."
