"The hotel was clean. The breakfast was a good selection of hot food, and cold. The room was a good size, and clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful on the desk. The only thing was the elevator was out of order, and my door was opposite the stairs, so there was a lot of traffic outside my door for most of the night. "

"Carpet at doorway was a bit warm but overall the room was very nice and clean. Heater fan was a bit noisy but just warmed room and shut for the night. Personal at desk said they would note this and will be looked after. We were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge which was wonderful."

"The place is decent however the plumbing is horrendous in my room there was ticking noise coming from the bathroom that would not stop I had no sleep I actually went to the convenience store to buy EarPods at 3 am It was horrible and they could not move me because the hotel was fully booked and they did nothing to compensate me . Will not stay there again . "
