“This was my second stay at OZ Hotel Collection, and I’d give it 10 stars if I could. When I walked in, Silvana at the front desk recognized me, started waving, and remembered my name. That was such a warm welcome back, especially as a solo traveler. The hotel upgraded my room at no extra charge, and I could see Cartagena right from the rain shower! “Cool. ”

“No issues what so ever. Everything was great!”

“I liked that the property was in a good location the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good”

“Me encanto”

“Clean room, good staff, good breakfast.”

“Good”

“Friendly staff, clean room”
