“불편했던 점, 1) 히터에서 찬바람이 나왔음, 2) 화장실이 매우 좁고, 샤워는 바로 서서 하기 힘들 정도 3) 샤워기의 팔에 물이 셌음 4) 3박 4일 묵었는데, 바닥 청소는 전혀 안하는듯, 과자 부스러기가 그대로 있었음. 좋았던 점, 1) 주변이 광장이라 축체기간이어서 볼거리를 보러 나가기에 좋았음, 2) 직원은 친절했음. 3) 가격이 저렴했음.4) 와이파이는 속도가 괜찮았음.”

“대부분의 직원이 친절하나 어떤 직원은 너무 무뚝뚝했음. 오래된 호텔이지만 더럽지 않고 빈티지 하고 아주 멋있음. 방이 다소 좁아서 캐리어 펼쳐놓으면 지나다닐 때 좀 불편함. 그리고 때에 따라 아침식사가 포함 되는 경우도 있고 아닐 때도 있으니 예약시 꼭 확인 바람. 아무튼 가성비 좋은 호텔임. 위치도 완전 중심가에 있고.”

“Pænt hotel, dog med lidt for slidte værelser i forhold til hvordan hotellet ser ud udefra og i lobbyen. Morgenmaden var ok, men ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Skønt og venligt personale og god service. Fin pris for ophold. Kunne dog savne at der kunne købes drikkevarer ud over ved måltiderne. ”

“A középkori témát szerintem kicsit túlzásba vitték, nem jó ötlet vidámparkká alakítani egy ilyen patinás épületeggyüttest, még ha törekednek is az igényességre. A gipszkarton falak nem szigetelik túl jól a hangot, de a környezet és a vendégek többsége csendes, úgyhogy lehet pihenni. Sok extra szolgáltatást nyújtanak.”

“We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel. It took us some time and a number of phone calls and an email to the same person to gain the address of this second hotel due to language barriers. “Really enjoyed staying here. Apartment was clean, spacious (high ceilings), very modern kitchen (I opted not to cook, but all amenities are there - half refrigerator, dishwasher, pots/pans, dishes, utensils - also small dining table), bed was comfortable, desk/room to work and sofa. Excellent lighting. A very large amount of closet space as well, extra blankets/pillows in the wardrobes/closets.
