"My stay at this property was truly exceptional. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my entire visit. I was particularly impressed by the staff, who were consistently professional, welcoming, and eager to assist with any requests I had, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. I had an early check out and the staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi and providing me with a "to-go" breakfast as the kitchen was not open at the time."

"Hotel is billed as 5 star but it definitely isn't. It's a decent 4 star at best. Pros: quite a plush setting, good sized room, nice views, the rooftop bar was brilliant and the staff there really nice. Although not exactly "central", the hotel was in easy walking distance of all major sights. Maximum walk was c.30 mins to Plaza de Espana. Cons: our "double" bed was two single beds pushed together but with separate quilts, bedding etc so hardly a romantic getaway. They were also very uncomfortable and creaky. There were no USB ports anywhere so I had to go and buy a connector plug. Good choice at breakfast but honestly not worth €25 pppd. Grumpy and unfriendly staff in breakfast room. On the whole, decent value for money, but certainly not a luxury hotel."
