No geral foi uma boa experiência. Pontos de melhoria seriam os chuveiros dos quartos que sao muito pequenos e com pouca água, e uma vedação melhor para as portas e janelas, pois entram insetos e animais, como no meu caso, rã e aranhas.

Esperávamos mais

Em comparação com os outros lugares que nos hospedamos na região, este foi o pior. A pousada é muita engessada nas regras e difícil de abrir exceção, queriam nos cobrar o almoço so porque almoçamos no dia que chegamos ao invés do dia que saímos e a regra é almoçar no dia do check out. A trilha ja estava inclusa na diária mas quem quisesse colete salva vidas precisava aluga-los. Na minha opinião equipamentos de proteção individual deviam ser inclusos na diária, afinal a segurança dos hospedes deveria vir em primeiro lugar. Como comemos muito bem nos outros lugares, criamos expectativa e neste a comida do almoço foi ok, nada demais, mas a porção de costela de pacu que pedimos a noite veio bem mal passada (não recomendo) melhor pedir lanche da cidade já que entregam lá. Acho que vale a pena ir lá só passar o dia, pois o balneário é bem bonito e tem várias opções de lazer mas dormir na cidade de Bodoquena.

Foi uma opção boa de estadia. Os quartos deixam um pouco a desejar. Banheiro não é bonito. O local é muito bom, mas pode melhor muito. O atendimento foi bom e a comida boa. Passeios bons no local.

Dormimos uma noite e fizemos o passeio das cachoeiras na manhã seguinte. Foi maravilhoso! Almoçamos e fizemos o passeio de quadriciclo no fim da tarde, foi ótimo!

O atendimento não foi satisfatório. Precisamos solicitar produtos, como travesseiros extras. Rede para a varanda - falaram que podia pegar de qualquer apartamento desocupado. Peguei, mas no apartamento que fiquei não tinha armador de rede na varanda. Havia muitos mosquitos no quarto. Na recepção a atendente não estava segura sobre os procedimentos de check-in e teve que telefonar para a gerência para se certificar de que a acomodação já estava paga. Em nenhum dia vi a gerência no local. O local é bonito, mas achei que está sem um bom gerenciamento. Não tem recepção 24 horas e quando retornava à noite, após o jantar na cidade, não havia nenhum segurança ou funcionário no local. A estrutura de atendimento é precária. Café e Almoço incluídos muito bons.
